Ariel Winter

Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28 1998 at Los Angeles California) is an American performer, actress as well as voice actress. Ariel started her acting career at a young age, starring in an Cool Whip commercial at age six. The first time she appeared on TV was on an episode of the CBS show Listen Up! at the age of 7. After these roles her next role was to play in Monk Bones and ER. Gretchen played in the Disney Original Channel animated show Phineas and Ferb in 2007. Her breakout part in live action was two years later as Alex Dunphy of the hit TV show Modern Family. Together with the cast from Modern Family she received the Screen Actors Guild Award in four different years for the Best Ensemble Comedy Series. Ariel is still doing voice-over for films like ParaNorman Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, as well as Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright. Ariel wears a purple belt in Taekwondo. Ariel is the younger sister of the actors Shanelle Workman as well as Jimmy Workman. She is a member of a band known as WickedSweet and is a lover of singing.
