Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. When she was 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card within a year. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She placed 3rd in the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of the result. It's not surprising that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her body each year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand with a pull-up device as well as seated rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel makes the best use of her time. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
