Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding is a British artist and singer. She was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986, in Hereford. Ellie Goulding's enthralling electronic style rapidly pushed her into the top of the charts when she drew the attention of people in the year the year 2010. She was able to do this with the songs "Starry Eyed" as well as "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Her soprano voice and the ability to write catchy but emotional songs put her on the frontline of contemporary mainstream music in addition to the art and indie pop scene. Polydor Records, a major music label, signed Goulding and was making plans to release her debut album.
